I’m driven by the pursuit of building what’s extraordinary - companies that innovate, ideas that inspire, and teams that rise to meet bold visions. I thrive on transformation, taking what’s new or uncertain and turning it into lasting impact. As a Stage III cancer survivor and seven-time Ironman triathlon finisher, I’ve learned that endless resilience and discipline are powerful teachers. They’ve shaped how I lead - with confidence and calm under pressure, empathy, and the conviction that every challenge is an opportunity for growth.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about giving back and being active in my community - mentoring cancer patients through diagnosis and recovery, tutoring young students, and supporting animal rescue organizations. These commitments keep me grounded in what truly matters: creating meaningful change that extends far beyond myself.

Beyond the Boardroom
My Stage III cancer survivorship has come full circle. What I once saw as a label, I now view as a gift that has reshaped how I live and lead. Today, I mentor cancer patients and their families, helping them navigate treatment with resilience and hope - celebrating every step forward together. I’m equally passionate about animal advocacy, supporting horse sanctuaries that provide refuge and rehabilitation for neglected and abandoned horses. These commitments keep me grounded in purpose and service — the same values I bring into leadership.
